Meet John Turco

John Turco has always had an eye for opportunity. Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. John began his business education on the streets of Madison Avenue, having worked in marketing for the illustrious Saatchi & Saatchi before embarking on a wildly successful career in luxury real estate. After relocating to Boca Raton, Florida in 1988, John joined the ranks of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and quickly established himself as Rookie of the Year for the entire network: with over 15 million in sales in his first seven months and 33 million in his first full business year, John remained the number one producer in the state for BHGRE until moving to Scottsdale in 1998.

Before joining the Christie’s network in Scottsdale, John ranked in the top 0.1% of over 65,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales associates for thirteen consecutive years and had the distinguished honor of being named the number ten agent in BHHS’s nationwide network for 2014. In 2016, John joined the Christie’s family continuing to rank among top sales professionals year after year.

Throughout his three-decade career, John has sold over $1.7 billion of real estate. His unique sales style, business savvy and advertising expertise combine with his understanding of the true value of luxury real estate – both as an investment and as a lifestyle – to form one of the top agents in the nation.
